Carlton Youth FC at AAMI PARK
Here it was the Carlton youth FC at the AAMI PARK Game Melbourne Hearts VS Wellington Phoenix, we were the winners of Heart 2Heart. see this youtube towards the last you will see the Carllton Boys with the Hyundai mat in the centre of the pitch they appear toward the end after 7 minute mark , see the All Access video.
They really had a ball watching the international game on an international Stadium.

Mr Mahad Aden a player for the Carlton Youth FC without him it may not have happened at all.
Mr Ahmed (Richmond ) who really helped Mahad and took charge of the situation when it needed Thanks for your help Ahmed.I would like to say a big thank you for her help Charlene Edwards of University of Melbourne's Engagement and Partnerships Office, who first introduced us to the program and then helped me fill the application form, that is what I call a real Community service well done Charlene.

The Westpac Heart2Heart program with Melbourne Heart FC & CHERS.
Carlton Housing Estate Residents Services (CHERS) as the Supporter of the Carlton Youth FC is Proud to have won for the team the Westpac Heart2Heart program Westpac, is committed to supporting the grassroots football community.
Our club is giving the rare opportunity to receive cash for every Heart goal kicked* at Melbourne Heart home games this season.
Congratulations to the following lucky recipients of Westpac’s Heart 2 Heart:
Melbourne Heart v Sydney FC – Watsonia Heights Football Club - $500
Melbourne Heart v Newcastle Jets – Yarra Jets Football Club - $1500
Keep your club’s heart beating strong with the support of Westpac and Melbourne Heart.
What do you receive if your club is chosen?
• $500 for every goal Melbourne Heart kick during your selected match (in the event of Melbourne Heart scoreless, each club is guaranteed a minimum of $500)
• A Melbourne Heart home jersey signed by the 2011/2012 playing group
• 5 Junior memberships
• 20 people aged between 12 to 15 year old to participate in the Melbourne Heart half time activity to carry the Hyundai Mat
• 40 GA tickets to the MHFC v Wellington Phoenix Football Match (20 of these tickets will go to the 20 participants (1 ticket each) and 20 tickets will go to a guardian (1 ticket each) of the participant i.e. 1 ticket to the participant and 1 ticket to their guardian)
Please find attached the MHFC Hyundai Mat Carrier excel sheet which will need to be completed and return via email by the Monday 5 March 2012.
And now is the Carlton's term, lets support the Melbourne Hearts so they win and score allot of goals on Saturday 10 of March.
Lets support the our two Teams and if you child is between the ages of 12 and 15 and want to be part of the program the Hyundai Mat Carrier for the Game between Melbourne Hearts FC V Wellington Phoenix Saturday 10 March at AAMI PARK Stadium.
